Product repair or just help and advice. There are 8 authorized support centers in Europe and Caucasus that can help you. All support staff are highly qualified and use original KIVI parts in all repairs.

The display module is a single unit of the device, which includes a panel (matrix), backlight, polarizing and diffusion sheets and their fastening.
Provision of spare parts for repairs beyond the service life is in accordance with the current legislation of the country. At the end of the service life, contact the Service Center for recommendations on further operation of the product or for preventive maintenance. Any warranty obligations on the part of the manufacturer are not valid in case of violation of the operating rules. Keep during the service life the documents that are attached to the product during the sale: sales or cash receipts, operating instructions and warranty card.
Periodic maintenance of the product (replacement of batteries, dust removal, tightening of fasteners) is carried out at your request for an additional fee.
